6. Subscriptions, Billing & Auto-Renewal
CashLingo Super is offered as an auto-renewing subscription through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to the following: (1) Available plans include Super Monthly, Super 3-Month, Super Yearly, Super Family Monthly, Super Family 3-Month, and Super Family Yearly. The exact price in your local currency is displayed in the app before purchase. (2) A 7-day free trial may be offered for eligible plans. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, you will automatically be charged the subscription fee. Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited upon conversion to a paid subscription. (3) Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. (4) Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at purchase confirmation and at each renewal. (5) We may change subscription prices with reasonable advance notice as required by the applicable app store.
7. Cancellation & Refunds
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the platform where you made the purchase. For iOS, go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → CashLingo. For Android, go to Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → CashLingo. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will continue to enjoy Super benefits until the expiration date and no further charges will be made. CashLingo does not directly process refunds. All refund requests are subject to the policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and must be submitted directly to the platform where the purchase was made (Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com, Google Play: play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions). We do not provide prorated refunds for unused portions of a paid subscription period. For Korean consumers: pursuant to Article 17, Paragraph 2, Item 5 of the Korean Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, the right of withdrawal may be restricted once the digital content (Super features) has been used or accessed.
8. Family Plan
CashLingo Super Family allows one Family Manager to share Super benefits with up to 3 additional family members, for a total of 4 users. The user who purchases the Super Family subscription is the Family Manager and is solely responsible for payment, renewal, and cancellation. Invited members enjoy full Super benefits while the subscription is active but cannot cancel the subscription themselves. Only the Family Manager can cancel the subscription. Upon expiration, all family members lose Super benefits simultaneously. The Family Manager can add or remove members within the plan limit at any time.
